A REFERENDUM FOR THE REVISION OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BAY.

1. A new Chapter for the City of South Bay, Florida, continuing a five person City Commission, and requiring the appointment of a Mayor, Vice-Mayor, City Clerk, City Attorney, Treasurer, and authorizing a City Manager. The Charter repeals the existing charter, except that the Chapters 3 (administration); 4
(City Commission), except section 4-1(b) thereof; 5 (elections) and 10 are converted into City Ordinances subject to repeal for amendment by City Ordinance.
