Can I change my address at the polls?
Yes, if you are a registered voter in the State of Florida you can change your address at the voting precinct that corresponds to your legal residence address. For information on your correct voting location you may use the Precinct Finder option on our website.

What identification do I need on Election Day?
Current and valid identification bearing your photograph and signature. You may use either a piece of identification with both your photo and signature, or two forms of identification; one with your photo and another with your signature. However, if you do not have any identification, you may still vote by provisional ballot. The following forms of identification are acceptable by law:

·     Valid Florida driver's license

·     Florida ID card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor vehicles

·     U.S. Passport

·     Debit/credit card

·     Military ID

·     Student ID

·     Retirement center ID

·     Neighborhood association ID

·     Public assistance ID (Social Security or other social services)

·     Veteran health identification card issued by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs

·     A license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm issued pursuant to s. 790.06

·     Employee identification card issued by any branch, department, agency, or entity of the Federal Government, the state, a county, or a municipality.

Is there a time limit in the voting booth?
No. But, you should come prepared by bringing your Sample Ballot so as to not inconvenience other voters.

How can I get election results on Election Day?
Election results are not available until after the polls close at 7:00 p.m.. After 7:00 p.m. they are available from local TV and radio stations, as well as the elections office website, and the Florida Division of Elections website (http://election.dos.state.fl.us).
