Education Training and Experience
Education: High school, G.E.D, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent skillset with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Function of the Job Requirement: Overtime as required during active elections.
Proficiency in speaking Spanish or Creole is helpful but not required.
Integrity: The desire and ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with integrity.
Accountability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team on assigned projects and tasks.
Service: Excel in customer service and believe in Transparent Secure Democracy. Assist all departments and voters with a smile.
