Director of Elections
Sean Williams
Sean joined the Supervisor of Elections in June of 2014 and provides leadership and management to ensure proper operational controls, reporting procedures and appropriate staff are in place. Administers and implements directives and policy decisions of the Supervisor of Elections. Oversees election operations including the voting operations center, vote-by-mail, and information technology department.

Hector joined the Supervisor of Elections in April of 2008 and is responsible for the overall planning and directing activities of the Voting Equipment Center under the direction of the Supervisor of Elections. Work involves responsibility for the administration and direction of all warehouse operations. He is responsible to ensure cost efficient and effective preparation for elections including distribution and collection of equipment and supplies. Provides leadership, management skills, mentoring and vision to ensure the proper planning, direction, coordination of the election process is administered per Florida Election Law.

Vote-by-Mail Department Manager
Rashard Rogers
Rashard joined the Supervisor of Elections office in December of 2016 and is responsible for planning, managing, directing and overseeing the processes of the Vote-by-Mail Department including mailing and tabulation of Domestic, Overseas, and Military Ballots, as well as Supervised Voting for residents living in Assisted Living Facilities and Nursing Homes.

Poll Worker Department Manager
Kim Raynor
Kim is responsible for managing and directing the activities of the Poll Worker Department and Early Voting to include recruiting, hiring, and training all poll workers. She is responsible for developing and maintaining our poll worker training program in accordance with the law.

Voter Services Floor Manager
Alexia Goods
Alexia joined the Supervisor of Elections office in September of 1994. She manages the largest staff department on our main floor and in the outer offices. She is also part of our Candidate Specialist department working with the candidates, political committees and parties ensuring they fill out correct filing and qualifying paperwork in accordance with the law.

Business Affairs Manager
Mark Tatoul
Mark joined the Supervisor of Elections in early 2016 after working many years in Accounting and Finance in the non-profit sector. He has a BBS degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University. He is responsible for managing, planning and directing, the Finance, Accounting and Business-related activities of the Business Affairs Department.

Alison Novoa
Alison joined the Supervisor of Elections in February of 2019, and is responsible for assisting the Supervisor of Elections in achieving the overall objectives of the strategic plan of the organization. Provides leadership, management skills, mentoring and vision to ensure the proper planning, direction, coordination of the election process is administered per Florida Election Law.

Ashley Houlihan
Ashley joined the Supervisor of Elections office in October of 2019 after working as an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit. She is responsible for advising the Supervisor and staff regarding any questions about Election Law and other pertinent legal matters.
