LOGIC AND ACCURACY TESTING OF EQUIPMENT FOR MARCH 12, 2019 UNIFORM MUNICIPAL ELECTION

PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 101.5612, Florida Statutes, testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the Tuesday, March 12, 2019, Uniform Municipal Elections will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 1, 2019, at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida.

Testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the Tuesday, March 26, 2019, Uniform Municipal Elections run-offs will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Service Center, 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, Florida.

In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public.

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if any person with a disability, as defined by the ADA, needs special accommodation to participate in this meeting, then no later than two business days prior to the pertinent meeting, he or she should contact the Supervisor of Elections at 561-656-6200.

Please be advised that you are entering a building which is equipped with security cameras which will record your activities while visiting. Entry into this building constitutes your agreement to be so recorded.
