Voters who request Absentee Ballots over the telephone or the Internet must provide, under Florida Law, the following information: Residence Address, Mailing Address and Date of Birth. Voters who request Absentee Ballots by mail must provide the same information as well as their signature. All requests for Absentee Ballots must come from either the voter or a member of the voter's immediate family. Any voter, who wishes to vote prior to Election Day for any reason, may vote their ballot in person at any of the Elections Offices listed above.
