Leo / Friday, March 16, 2007 / Categories: 2007 LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to Chapter 101.5612, Florida Statutes, testing of the tabulating equipment to be used for the March 27th, 2007 Uniform Municipal Run Off Elections of Lake Clarke Shores, Lake Worth, Riviera Beach and West Palm Beach, will be held on Tuesday, March 20th, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. at the office of the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections located at 240 South Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL. In accordance with the Sunshine Law of Florida, this meeting will be open to the public. NOTE: Persons are advised that if they wish to appeal any decision made at this meeting will need a record of the proceedings, and that, for such purpose, may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per Section 286.0105, Florida Statutes.
