PUBLIC NOTICE OF PALM BEACH COUNTY CANVASSING BOARD MEETING,
BALLOT OPENING, DUPLICATION, TABULATION, AND PUBLIC VIEWING

Notice is hereby given that the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board will meet to Canvass Ballots on Monday, August 10, 2020, Wednesday, August 12, 2020, Friday, August 14, 2020 and Monday, August 17, 2020, at 2:00 p.m., to review ballots cast in the August 18, 2020 Primary Election.
At the direction of the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board, the Supervisor of Elections will begin opening, duplication, and tabulation of ballots daily at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020, Wednesday, August 12, 2020, Friday, August 14, 2020 and Monday, August 17, 2020. Processing of ballots will continue each day as necessary to complete processing of all ballots in the possession of the Supervisor of Elections. A member of the Canvassing Board will be present at all times ballots are being processed.
A public viewing will be held daily, at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, August 10, 2020, Wednesday, August 12, 2020, Friday, August 14, 2020 and Monday, August 17, 2020.
All viewing, opening, duplication, tabulation and review by the Canvasing Board is open to the public and will be held at the Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Voting Equipment Service Center located at 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404. Se notifica que la Junta de Escrutinio del Condado de Palm Beach se reunirá para votar las boletas electorales el lunes 10 de agosto de 2020, miércoles 12 de agosto de 2020, viernes 14 de agosto de 2020 y lunes 17 de agosto de 2020 a las 2:00 p.m., para revisar las papeletas emitidas en las elecciones primarias del 18 de agosto de 2020.
Por la dirección de la Junta de Escrutinio del Condado de Palm Beach, la Supervisora de Elecciones comenzará a abrir, duplicar y tabular las boletas todos los días a las 10:00 am el lunes 10 de agosto de 2020, miércoles 12 de agosto de 2020, viernes 14 de agosto, 2020 y el lunes 17 de agosto de 2020. El procesamiento de las boletas continuará todos los días según sea necesario para completar el procesamiento de todas las boletas en posesión de la Supervisora de Elecciones. Un miembro de la Junta de Escrutinio estará presente en todo momento en que se procesen las boletas.
Se llevará a cabo una vista pública todos los días, a las 9:30 a.m. el lunes 10 de agosto de 2020, miércoles 12 de agosto de 2020, viernes 14 de agosto de 2020 y lunes 17 de agosto de 2020.
Toda visualización, apertura, duplicación, tabulación y revisión por parte de la Junta de escrutinio está abierta al público y se llevará a cabo en el Centro de Servicio de Equipo de Votación de la Supervisora de Elecciones del Condado de Palm Beach ubicado en 7835 Central Industrial Drive, Riviera Beach, FL 33404.
