Annual financial disclosures must be filed or postmarked no later than September 1st to avoid automatic fines of $25 per day.
Local officers or employees who are required to file the Form 1 and are permanently residing in Palm Beach County may email the form to financialdisclosures@pbcelections.org or deliver the Form 1 Statement of Financial Interests to our main office Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
