The Florida Department of State Division of Elections provides Primary and General Elections data and Voter Registration Statistics at no charge. Please visit the Data & Statistics section of their website for records such as, detailed elections results data, including precinct-level results, vote-by-mail and early voting data, and voter turnout; a variety of voter registration statistics, including current and historical voter registration reports.

 

The Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Office maintains electronic records for all registered voters in Palm Beach County. Pursuant to  Section 119.01, Florida Statutes, these records are considered public information and may be requested by any person. Florida Statute does not permit the release of the Voter's Driver License, Florida Identification Card, or Social Security Number.

Vote By Mail voter information is only available to authorized members of the public as defined in Florida Election Law (section 101.62 (3)). To request access to the Vote-by-Mail voter data files, please complete the online form, call (561) 656-6200, or email info@votepalmbeach.gov to obtain Vote-by-Mail Ballot Request Certification Form.

To submit a public records request, please complete the Public Records Request Form, or submit your request by calling (561) 656-6200 or emailing us at info@votepalmbeach.gov. Do you have questions about PRRs? 

If more than 15 minutes of time is required to fulfill your request, a service charge may apply in compliance with Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. The service charge is in addition to any charges for the actual cost of production or duplication. 

The amount of the service charge includes time spent searching for data, inspecting the data to be produced, and/or redacting any confidential information from the data prior to production. A detailed estimate will be provided for your approval prior to fulfilling any public records request that requires a service charge. Payment will be required in full prior to processing if extensive time and material cost is needed (F.S. 119.07)

Supervisory assistance may be required to fulfill a public records request for documents or inspection of records.

Campaign finance reports are filed electronically and are available to search either by election or by Candidate or Committee name.
