To submit a public records request, please complete the Public Records Request Form, or submit your request by calling (561) 656-6200 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If extensive resources and more than 30 minutes of time is required to fulfill your request, a service charge may apply in compliance with Chapter 119 of the Florida Statutes. The service charge is in addition to any charges for the actual cost of production or duplication.
The amount of the service charge includes time spent searching for data, inspecting the data to be produced, and/or redacting any confidential information from the data prior to production. A detailed estimate will be provided for your approval prior to fulfilling any public records request that requires a service charge. Payment will be required in full prior to processing if extensive time and material cost is needed (F.S. 119.07). Payments may be mailed, dropped off in the ballot/mail box located in front of our main office, or be made in person by appointment by calling our office 561-656-6200, or emailing email@example.com.
Supervisory assistance may be required to fulfill a public records request for documents or inspection of records.
