Voters wishing to vote by mail in the 2024 elections are required to make a new Vote-by-Mail* Request for all elections.

A request must include the voter's FL Driver's License or FL ID, or the last four digits of their Social Security Number, whichever can be verified by our office.

Click here to sign up for BallotTrax to receive Vote-by-Mail ballot status updates!

Know that your ballot arrived and your vote was counted.

Voters are always able to track the status of their ballot by visiting the My Status page at VotePalmBeach.gov; however, this new program provides voters who sign up for the service with the options to receive SMS text, voice calls, and/or email throughout the Vote-by-Mail process.

Voters who sign up for BallotTrax will receive an alert each step of the way from the time a voter's ballot is printed to when it has been counted.

The sign-up process is simple. Click this link, enter your voter information as it appears on your voter record/request for your Vote-by-Mail ballot, select your preferred message method (email, text, and/or voice calls), and note what time works best for messaging.

Voters whose registration record is protected will not be able to receive updates via “BallotTrax” however they are encouraged to click here to sign up for the USPS informed delivery feature.

*A Vote-by-Mail ballot is not forwardable by the U.S. postal service, and a ballot returned undeliverable cancels a request for future elections and must be renewed. Notify us immediately if your mailing address changes or if you plan to be out of town. We will send your ballot wherever you need to be.

Updating your voter record and requesting a Vote-by-Mail ballot can be completed online 24/7. If you are a voter with a protected address, you may contact our office or submit a paper registration application/written Vote-by-Mail request.
